The "VD-7N type" is a vacuum breaker designed to automatically introduce air into the negative pressure section to prevent the reverse siphon effect in the water supply system. It is used in piping sections where water pressure is always present but reverse pressure does not occur. It incorporates a check valve and ensures reliable prevention of backflow by introducing air through the intake valve.
